Test managing the successful delivery of a complex IT Re-hosting programme including: Contact Centre solution for up to 60 agents utilising Mitel IP telephones, Mitel Communication Director Enterprise software and the Redbox Call recording system, The migration of 160 Distributed and Mainframe applications on a new Atos Infrastructure. This was a hands on test planning & Co-coordinating role, through several phases of testing both infrastructure and applications to ensure a smooth transition into production. Minimal issues to client and their customers.
